TOWN-PLANNING ACT.
IMPORTANT CHANGES FORESHADOWED. Per Press Association. CHRISTCHURCH, Aug. 27. Important changes in the TownPlanning Act will be brought before Parliament this year, the chief being the new regional planning scheme and the postponement of the date on which the Act is to come into force. This fact was reported to the Surveyors’ Conference by Mr A. H. Bogle, the Institute’s "representative on the board.
