LIVE WIRE.
FIREMAN INJURED. Per Press Association. CHRISTCHURCH, Aug. 26. Fireman Burrows, of the Sydenham Brigade, trod on a live wire on the grass at Sydenham Park during last night’s fire in the bowling pavilion, and was knocked out for ten minutes. His companions laid him on the grass and he gradually recovered.
