MUSCLE CONTROL.

DEVELOPMENT OF FITNESS. Claimed to be one of the best exhibitions of its nature witnessed in Palmerston North., another demonstration was given by Mr Alfred Blpxall in the R.S.A. Hall last oveningi' After a short talk on tho attainment ot strength and fitness, Mr Blaxall formed a number of feats of strength, muscle control and posing, in. which his well developed and symmetrical body was seen to advantage in an amazing muscular display under the electric lights. This was followed by a number ot original corrective exercises, women’s health and poise exercises, and men’s health and strength exercises. The demonstrator showed a high degree cf fitness in performing strenuous movements for two hours. At the conclusion of the display he answered a number of questions. To meet several requests, he has agreed to repeat the demonstration on Tuesday night next.
