NATAL LIMITATION.

SENATOR’S BELIEF. (Australian Press Association—United Service.) NEW YORK, July 25. Senator Frederick Hale, chairman of the Naval Affairs Committee, stated to-day that he believed an agreement reached by Mr Ramsay MacDonald and President Hoover would be void until the Senate ratified it. Mr Hale added that President Hoover’s postponement of the cruiserbuilding programme must have the approval of the Senate.
