EXPORT CREDITS TO RUSSIA. (Australian. Press Association —United Service.) LONDON, July 25. Mr W- Graham, President of the Board of Trade, informed Mr Taylor (Labo ir) in 'the House of Commons today that as part of the employment policy, the Cabinet had decided that the Advisory Committee on the Export Credits Act would be at liberty after August 1 to consider applications regarding Russia.
