In accordance with agreement, Dr. Moscom, Minister of Finance, at yesterday morning’s ceremony handed Cardinal Gasparri a cheque for £8,156,250, drawn on the Bank of Italy, and Government 5 per cent bonds to the value of £10,869,565. MUSSOLINI’S PRECAUTION. (Times Cables.) ROME, June 9. Fearing that excessive familiarity with the Royal Anthem and the Fascist Hymn will breed indifference and disrespect, Signor Mussolini has ordered that they must not be played except on official occasions and civil anniversaries.
