ROUGH ON DOGS.
FATAL EPIDEMIC. A mysterious dog disease is sweeping over England, and scores of the animals have died in a few days, mostly within an hour of contracting the germ. _ . . Veterinaries call it gastro-ententis, and say that it comes every four or five years, but declare that they know neither a cure, nor how it has spread. It is nearly always fatal.
