SYDNEY STUDENTS.
UNDERGRADUATE FINED. SYDNEY, May 27. As a sequel to the undergraduates’ misconduct last Tuesday, Thomas Temperley, aged 19, was to-day fined £2 for riotous behaviour. A similar case against Vergil Loschiavo, an Italian, was adjourned in orden to enable him to produce evidence, in his defence. The Magistrate acquitted Temperley of desecration at the Cenotaph.
