DECREE NISI GRANTED. In the Supreme Court this morning, before His Honour Mr Justice Ostler, Hilda Gothard, of Masterton, formerly of Woodville, petitioned for dissolution tion of her marriage with Karl Basil Gothard, on the grounds of the latter’s failure to comply with an order for restitution of conjugal rights. Mr Cooper appeared for petitioner but respondent was not represented. In evidence petitioner stated that she and her husband were married in January, 1922, at ' Woodville. where they had lived. Later, her husband had left her. On February 14 last, the Supreme Court had made an order, on her petition, for restitution of conjugal rights by her husband. Tins order had been served on her husband, but he had not obeyed it and petitioner had been living alone. . . His Honour granted a decree nisi to be made absolute in three months. Costs on the lowest scale were allowed against respondent.
