DANGEROUS MAN.
STRONG COMMENT BY JUDGE. Per Press Association. AUCKLAND, May 15. “I have come to the conclusion that you are a plausible and dangerous man; constitutionally you are evilly disposed. I have no hesitation in stating that where you are no child is safe and no woman is secure against insult.” Thus denounced by Mr Justice Herdman in the Supreme Court, Bertram Augustine O’Connor, aged 35, was sentenced to four years’ hard labour for serious offences.
