The Allied delegates have continued the discussions bn reparations, resulting in agreement on the British, French, Belgian and Italian claims on a common reduced total, provided nothing unforeseen occurs. But new points are continually cropping up, owing to the interests of the Dominions and minor Allies, who are not represented at the inter-AUied discussions. A great number of existing agreements also are affected by the new proposals.
