UNSETTLED CONDITIONS. The Government meteorologist wired to-day:—The indications are for southeasterly winds, moderate to strong and freshening. Expect dull weather, with much mist and tog in parts. The weather appears likely to bo cloudy and unsettled with rain following. ■ There will be mild temperatures. The barometer has little movement, but it has a falling tendency.
