Receipted April 9, 1 p.m. SAN FRANCISCO, April 8. Mr James Warner, who was the radio man on the Southern Cross during the memorable Pacific flight, stated to-day tfiat he was planning to attempt a flight to Tokio. He added that he was considering two routes.
