Service). Received March 28, 2. 5 p.m. LONDON, March 27. The Overseas Settlement Department announces that the Canadian Government have undertaken during 1929 to place a guarantee for the employment of 6000 single men trained in "the Ministry of Labour’s agricultural centres; also an additional number of suitable single men from the depressed mine areas, for which the British Government are finding funds.
