ATTITUDE OF CANADA

The recommendations of the Imperial Wireless and Cable Conference have been accepted in general by the Governments concerned, including Canada. The Postmaster, Air P. J. Veniot, stated in the House of Commons on Tuesday that provision had been made for the sale of the Pacific cable undertaking and that negotiations were in progress. . Air A. A. Heaps, Labour, AVinnipeg, told the House that he proposed to bring the whole matter up for discussion at the present session. He moved that all letters, cables, and agreements entered into by Canada he produced.
