SERVICE IN IRELAND. Received February 14, 9.5 a.m. (Australian Press Association) . LONDON, Feb. 13. In the House of Commons to-day, Captain Margesson, Conservative member for ltugoy, stated that conversations between representatives of the British and Irish Free State Governments on the question of British civil servants in Ireland desiring to retire from the Irish service under Article 10 of the Irish Treaty had resulted in an agreement. The terms would later be announced to the House of Commons and the Dail Eireann.
