The Government Dleteorologist telegraphed to-day: The indications are for variable and moderate breezes, but moderate northerly winds freshening later. There is a prospect of fair weather, warm and sultry. There will be mist at times on the coast with haziness and clouds later. The barometer shows little movement, but will have a falling tendency shortly. MANAWATU RIVER GAUGE.
