MUNICIPAL ASSEMBLY DISSOLVED. (Australian Press Association.) ■ Reoeivcd December 22, 11.5 a.m. TOKIO, Dec. 21. The Municipal Assembly dissolved today by order of the Home Minister. _ ■ The law requires an election within three months. It will be an election under universal suffrage. It is considered that the Proletarian Party have an excellent opportunity for a bitter fight against the old political elements.
