AEROPLANE DAMAGED.

OCCUPANTS UNINJURED, Per Press Association. NEW PLYMOUTH, Dec. 20. Damage to one wing w.as suffered by Mr Douglas Mill’s Moth aeroplane when it landed at Bell Block aerodrome this afternoon, and it is understood that the machine will be held up here till a now wing arrives from MelbourneOn arrival from Auckland, en route to Hastings, Mr Mill taxied too for across the ground and struck a gorse hedge with one wing, while the other swung round and struck a fence post. Neither Mr Mill nor the mechanic (Mr Smith) was injured. The machine was wheeled a milo down the road and housed in a shed.
