DRIVER BEFORE COURT.
SEQUEL TO COLLISION. Per Press Association. HAAIILTON, Dec 3. Patrick Deegan, miner, _of Glen Afton, who drove the car in a fatal collision with a train at Frankton crossing on Saturday, was brought before the Magistrate’s Court this morning, charged with being intoxicated while driving a car and causing the death of Alexander John Hamilton. He pleaded not guilty and was remanded on bail of £2OO.
