GIRL REMANDED.
CHARGE OF ATTEMPTED MURDER. Received November 21, 1.10 p.m. ADELAIDE, Nov. 21. A girl aged sixteen was remanded in the Children’s Court on a charge of having attempted to murder Matthew Kennedy and Amelia Kennedy by administering poison. The girl had been in the employ of the Kennedys, and while she was pouring out tea Kennedy noticed that it had a dark colour. A green sediment was found in the teapot.
