CARTRIDGE FACTORY.
EXPLOSION IN FRANCE. TWELVE KILLED; SCORES INJURED. (Australian Press Association.) Received November 21, 9.45 a.m. PARIS, Eov. 20. An army cartridge factory at Vincennes (an eastern suburb of Paris) was blown up. Twelve were killed and scores injured.
