BODY IN HARBOUR.

Per Press Association, mu xt DUNEDIN, Oct. 29. To 6 ,i l Dunedin police were notified this morning that the body of a man in a state of decomposition had been washed up from the harbour by the tide. It was later identified as that of Edward William Thomas bpencer a widower aged 56. The body had probably been in the water tor about six weeks as deceased had’ not been seen since September 5. An inquest was opened at the morgue and evidence of identification taken.
