AUCTIONEER’S RIGHT.
Per Press Association. AUCKLAND, Sept. 19. In a reserved judgment today, Mr Justice Reed held that on the sale of property through the Registrar of the Supreme Coin',,, an auctioneer is entitled to charge commission on the gross value of a property and not only on equity of redemption.
