RED CONGRESS.
(Australian Press Association). LONDON, Sept. 5. The Daily Telegraph’s Riga correspondent states that at the closing session of the Comitern at Moscow, the Communist parties of New Zealand, Ireland, and other countries were admitted as foreign members, but the Congress refused a request from Russian Oppositionists for readmission.
