FREEZING DISPUTE.
PARTIAL AGREEMENT.

WELLINGTON, Sept. 7. The freezing dispute lias claimed the attention of the Conciliation Council for two days. An agreement has been reached with regard to the greater portion of the proposed award, but a settlement has not been reached on several clauses and- these have been referred to the court.
