Particularly good work is being done in a quiet and unasssuming way by the active members of the Mount Holdsworth Club, and thanks to their efforts a very line mountain' and bush reserve is at once being preserved unspoiled and made more conveniently accessible to the public, says the Wairarapa Age. Various improvements have been carried out in the reserve, and, with the co-operation of the Wairarapa South County Council, on the route of approach. The number of visitors showed a great increase on the figures of the previous year. Further activities, notably the renovation of the Mountain House, are projected for the coming vear.
