BAIN PROBABLE. The Government meteorologist telegraphed to-day:—The indications are for southerly winds, moderate to strong, becoming strong 'to gale at times. Tho weather appears likely to be cloudy and unsettled and rain_ is probable. The barometer is falling slowly. MANAWATU RIVER GAUGE.
