DEPUTATION TO GOVERNMENT,

Advice that arangements had been made for the deputation concerning hospital administration to wait on tho Prime Minister and the Minister of Health at Wellington on September 13 at 10.30 a.m. was received at last night’s meeting of the Borough. Council from Mr J. A. Nash, M.P. The Mayor (Mr A. J. Graham) reported that ho had arranged for the deputation to meet in tho Town Hall at 8 o’clock the previous evening to discuss matters. .* Crs. Mansford and Eliott, with the Mayor, were appointed to represent the council.
