DEATH FROM SHOCK.

KUMEROA FARMER’S END,

WOODVILLE, Aug. 27

Mr William Burnett, aged 68 years, a farmer, of Kumeroa, and a wellknown resident of 37 years’ standing, died early this morning as the result of shock following an accident the previous evening in which a runaway car knocked Mr Burnett down. The deceased gentleman leaves a widow. An inquest will be necessary.
