JUDGMENT FOR PLAINTIFF

After viewing the properties of the parties, Mr J. L. Stout, S.M., gave his reserved decision at tho Magistrate’s Court yesterday afternoon in the case wherein A. C. Gooch, of Clifton Street, mill hand, proceeded against Arthur Oldaker, also of Clifton_ Street, agent, claiming tho sum of £25 as compensation for damage allegedly caused by defendant cutting hack trees and shrubs belonging to plaintiff. . 1 Judgment for plaintiff for £5, with £2 9s costs, less £2 pAid into court. Mr Cooper appeared for plaintiff and Mr Ongley for defendant.
