■ TIAKITAHUNA, Aug. 13. Tho weather having been remarkably fine for this timo of the year, farmors will welcomo tho ram yesterday. Several residents havo boon out of tank water, an unheard of thing for this timo of the year. Ono man, who possesses a pump and hoso, has found it necessary to water his garden. Tho Tiakitahuna Dramatic Club still continues to tour tho nearby districts with “Tho Farmer’s Wifo.” There aro prospects of performances at Nowbury and Awahuri.
.Mr Lango, agricultural ' instructor, visited tho school last week. Tho school will break-up on Friday afternoon for tho spring vacation.
