BRIDGE AND DANCING.
Last week Mr and Mrs P. Mildon, of the Kairanga, gave a deliglitfuDbridge party with dancing. There were several card tables and Mrs Mildon received her guests in a frock of green embossed georgette with floral trimming. Amongst those present were Mrs Phmmer, floral taffeta; Mrs Jones, black georgette; Mrs A. A. Langley, blue shot taffeta; Mrs Grigor, pink georgette with silver trimming: all's Hall, black satin; Mrs Milward, white lace; Mrs Wall, orange georgette and gold lace; Mrs Binns, black georgette; Miss West, cyclamen georgette; Mrs MacPherson, black satin with a crimson flower on the shoulder; Miss Rogerson, cream marocain ; Miss D. Rodgers, black taffeta; Miss Mona Rodgers, pink crepe de chine and lace; Miss Elaine Wall, blue velvet; Miss B. MacPherson, blue georgette; Miss Betty MacPherson, pale green satin with pink ; also Messrs Mildon, 0. Mildon, Dick Mildon, Plimmer, Jones, Hall Langley, Grigor, Wall, Binns, Milward, Haul, Rodgers and
Ken Butler. Miss West and Mrs Grigor won the bridge prizes.
