WOUNDED DEPUTY.

(Australian Press Association). BELGRADE, July 4. M. Stephan Raditch, -who was wounded during the tumult in the Skuptschina a fortnight ago, summoned his colleagues and others to a conference at the hospital, where he is recovering rapidly.

M. Raditch was operated upon, and the bullet- extracted, but his condition was reported to be serious, being complicated by diabetes.
