CHARGES OF THEFT.

Per Press Association. INVERCARGILL, July 5. Charged in the Magistrate’s Court to-day with breaking and entering the wool and skin store of William Johnstone, of Wyndham, and stealing opossum and rabbit skins to the approximate value of £BS, Benjamin John Morrah admitted the offence and was committed to the Supreme Court for sentence. Francis Augustus Stempa was convicted of stealing milking-machine parts of the value of £25, the property of Wilkins Ltd., Invercargill. Sentence was deferred until after the hearing of othen charges aginst accused in the Supreme Court.
