TROUBLE ABOUT SITE
LONDON, June 24. An unfortunate deadlock has occurned regarding the site of the statue to bo erected as a memorial to the late Earl Haig. Whitehall, chosen as the best site, is regarded by the authorities as too busy a traffic centre.
