CHARGES AGAINST CYCLISTS. Per Press Association. HAMILTON, July 3. At Te Aroha last night the Northern Athletic Union heard charges against the cyclists O’Shea and Henderson of agreeing to accept money for pacing a certain rider to the detriment of others at the Easter meeting. The union decided that the charges had not been substantiated.
