SAMOAN DISPUTE.

MANDATES COMMISSION. (Australian Press Association—United Service.) GENEVA. June 13. A secret meeting of the Mandates Commission was hold to-day, when the commission was informed that Hon. 0. F. Nelson, of Samoa, had attempted to see one member with a view to submitting a potition. The commission agreed that no member should see Mr Nelson. Tho commission will not permit him to appear before it.
