DEATH OF CHANG TSO-LIN.

PRACTICALLY CERTAIN

(Times Cables.) TOKK), June 12. Official W 7 ar Office advices state that although there is no positive confirmation it is practically certain that Chang Tso-lin is dead. In the meantime quiet reigns in Manchuria, with indications that an agreement will be reached by which the Nationalists will occupy Tientsin without bloodshed, although there may he some looting and sporadic fighting by the retiring Northern troops. Chang Chung- is leaving Tientsin forthwith and going northward, where he may join the Fengtien forces. The latter are now concentrating southward of Shauhaikuan.
