CALCUTTA STRIKES.
SERIOUS. SITUATION
(United Service.) CALCUTTA, June 13. The industrial situation is undoubtedly serious. Tho Lillooali workshop employees strike is now in its fourth month, and many other engineers in Calcutta are still out. . . The unrest is creeping up tho East Indian railway, where the Asansol workers, who have been loyal for the past three months, are now. coming out. The Bombay cotton mill strike is not settled. The Railway Union at Bombay has presented a series of Bolshevik demands to tho management, threatening a general strike.
