DAIRY PRODUCE BOARD

MR GOODFELLOW RESIGNS

WELLINGTON, May 24

A conflict of opinions with the chairman (Mr W. Grounds) resulted in the resignation of Air V, Goodfellow fiom the Dairy Produce Board during the course ok the board’s monthly meeting vesterday. Exception to statements made by the chairman in the, last issue of the official organ of the Dairy Board, The Exporter was taken by Air Goodfellow, who asked that the chairman’s review in future be submitted to a publication committee of Pie board before appearing in print. Air Grounds refused to agree to this, course, whereupon Mr Goodfellow tendered his resignation as a member of the board and withdrew from the meeting. Air Goodfellow lias” been a member of the board since its inception in 1924.
