Tlie Fruitgrowers’ provincial conference to-dav resolved to support the proposal to create a central fund for the purpose of protecting the Government guarantee, such fund to bo created bv the . board collecting tr»maximum'levy of 3d per case and. after paving the ordinary expenses transferring the balance of each Year’s lew to such central fund, provision. to' be made whereby in the event of the fund reaching a sufficient sum that the yearly contributions he refunded, commencing with the first rear’s contributions, to tlie shippers in proportion of the individual contiibutions made.
