REMANDS GRANTED

Appearing before Mr J. I/. Stout, 8.M., at the Magistrate’s Court this morning, Henry Owen, a middle-aged, man, on a charge of stealing a music case valued at 15s, the property of Phyllis Ellen Keat, at Palmerston North on Mar 18. was, on the application of the police, remanded to .appear on Mav 28. John William McClure, a carpenter, 49 years of age, on a .charge of breaking and entering the Feilding lechmcal Schoifl on May 30, 1919, and committing theft therefrom, was remanded until May 30.
