REFERENCE TO HIS TOUR
(By Electric Telegraph.—Copyright.) Received February 6, 11 a.m. RUGBY, Feb. 4.
Having completed his great tour of the Dominions, the Colonial Secretary, Mr L. C. Amery, accompanied by Mrs Amery, left New Brunswick last night for England. In his final speech at St. John Mr Amery said that it had been a great inspiration to travel through so many countries each with its individual history, life and experiences, and each confident of a great future. He expressed the opinion that the xiltimate perfect unity of the Empire rested not upon governments, but on the cooperation of the various countries with each other, with their sense of loyalty each to the other as comrades under the same King and part of the same Empire.—British official xvireless.
