TRIAL FOR ALLEGED FRAUD

Received October 18, 1.5 p.m. WASHINGTON, Oct. 17. The trial of Senator Fall and Sinclair, w'ho are charged with defrauding the Government in connection with the oil leases, has opened beforo Mr Justice Siddons in the Supreme Court of the district of Columbia. The selection of the jury occupied the first day of the session.
