SECOND BRIGADE’S REUNION. Per Press Association. WELLINGTON, Oct. 16. The first reunion of the Second Brigade of the New Zealand Field Artillery was held on Saturday night. ■ Lieut.-Colonel N. S. Falla, D. 5.0., who commanded the brigade during the concluding stages of the Great War, presided over a large attendance, and tributes were paid to Iris predecessor, Lieut.-Colonel F. B. Sykes, D. 5.0., of the Imperial Army. Cheers were given for “Bill Sykes,” as he was popularly known by all who served under him, and the gatherin'g amid applause decided to despatch a cablegram to him at the British War Office telling him of the brigade’s first reunion and conveying their best wishes.
