RUSSIAN SUBMARINES.
SINK DURING TRIALS. PARIS, Sept. 6. It is reported that two submarines the Soviet bought from Germany sank during trial trips owing to the incapacity of the officers. The crews of both craft were drowned.—Sydney Sun cable.
