LONDON, Aug. 16. The Geneva correspondent of the Daily Mail states that important Italian military manoeuvres are in progress in the Alps in a theoretical war against Germany or Austria. Swiss newspapers are asking what is Signor Mussolini’s object for the largest concentration since the war.—A. and N.Z. cable.
