RED CAMPAIGN
PLANS IN ENGLAND. . UPHEAVAL AIMED AT. CONCENTRATING ON COALFIEDS. (By Electric Telegraph.—Copyright.) ■ „ LONDON, Aug. 15. The Daily Mail says that the British Communist coffers, which hitherto have been safely empty, are now secretly filled. In order to create another upheaval at,the end of the year, Reds are clandestinely entering England arid preparing a campaign directed from Moscow. They are concentrating on the coalfields. The Soviet instructions reach London by special messengers. The method of getting Red agents in is ingenious. A Britisher goes to the Continent on a special one-day excursion ticket, for which, for the benefit of holiday-makers, no passport is required. He takes an extra ticket and hands over the return half to a foreigner, whom he may meet at Boulogne or other places. The Home Office is now devising new methods to shut out undesirables.—Sydney Sun cable.
