EFFECT OF DECISION
Received August 17, 11.50 a.m. LONDON, Aug. 16. Mr Val Barker, president of the Amateur Boxing Association, and secretary of the International Amateur Boxing Federation, questioned regarding the Olympic committee’s decision says that it is certain that all the nations’ members of the federation will be debarred from boxing ai the Amsterdam Olympiad.—A. and N.Z. cable.
